Trusted city data exchange
for Cluj-Napoca

Secure · Sovereign · Interoperable

Register your organisation, get an ATIT-hosted connector, and publish or discover datasets across the CityScape City Dataspace — the Cluj-Napoca pilot of the EU Horizon Europe DS2 project.

How onboarding works

From sign-up to sharing data on the dataspace, in three steps.

Register & get approved
Step 1 · Register

Register & get approved

Create an account, accept the data-sharing terms, and submit your organisation. An administrator reviews and approves the request.

Get your connector
Step 2 · Connect

Get your connector

On approval you're automatically provisioned an ATIT-hosted IDSA connector — registered with the dataspace broker, with no infrastructure for you to run.

Publish & discover
Step 3 · Share

Publish & discover

Share a dataset through a guided wizard — it's registered on your connector — and discover data published by other CityScape participants.

Everything you need to join the dataspace

A guided portal for onboarding, connectors, and data sharing across CityScape.

Guided onboarding

Register, accept the terms, and get your organisation approved through a clear, step-by-step flow.

Managed connector

Approved organisations are provisioned an ATIT-hosted IDSA connector automatically — no servers to run.

Data catalogue

Discover datasets across the CityScape City Dataspace and the DS2 EDC network in one place.

Governance

Admins review requests, manage participants, and monitor connector provisioning.

Publish datasets

Share a dataset through a simple wizard; it's registered on your connector and announced to the broker.

Sovereign by design

Data stays with its provider. Access runs through connectors and usage policies on IDS / EDC standards.

Inter-dataspace exchange

Connect through the DS2 EDC layer to exchange data with other European dataspaces.

Access control

Role-based access and encryption at rest keep participant data protected.

The CityScape ecosystem

The organisations and dataspaces that make up the Cluj-Napoca pilot.
